Design of Evaluation Tools

  • Work with donor to determine reporting and evaluation expectations
  • Develop appropriate processes and tools for monitoring and evaluation

Review, Monitor & Evaluate

  • Review all grant files and develop ongoing status reports
  • Regular monitoring of grant files including site visits where appropriate
  • Develop and implement evaluation and tracking tools
  • Prepare, disseminate and review all reporting requirements
  • Keep donor apprised of any issues with grant files
  • Make recommendations for subsequent grant payments on multi-year files
  • Prepare all correspondence related to grant monitoring and evaluation
  • Provide monthly/quarterly reports on grants status, evaluation and impact
  • Prepare annual report summarizing philanthropic activities of past year including results/impact

Fees

Design of evaluation tools – $10,000

Ongoing evaluation of grant files:

  • Up to 10 active grant files – $20,000/yr
  • 10-15 active grant files – $25,000/yr
  • 15-20 active grant files – $30,000/yr
  • 20-25 active grant files – $35,000/yr
  • 25+ active grant files – Negotiable
Fees do not include HST and any travel expenses incurred outside GTA
Packages may be altered to best suit donor/foundation needs
